Knowledge [*] is a very fragile commodity; and, its effect upon the course of history is predicated by the humility of its author. For it is the wisdom of this author to perceive this gift of understanding as being a tool for change that will mark the place of its effect in the course of evolution. The SVS-IHHI Private City Projects are central to our Gaia-Watts Mission of ensuring a viable taxation base in Canada in view of approaching significant downward shifts in our population base; and, the advent of extreme climate changes.

Tender are these moments of rationalization; for they are fleeting; and, if we do not move quickly to grasp and embrace them as they fly past our view, then we shall have lost this opportunity to see them etch a place in the universe - they are like comets moving through this vacuum of space in this pin-ball chamber of chaotic events.

A leaf, when commencing its journey from the branch may have been torn loose by an assault by the wind; or, it may have simply reached the end of its life on that branch; and, therein, begun its twisting and floating travel toward its new host - the earth that will embrace it.

It is this harmony of the universe - of dismembering energy, or, the resulting withering from the effects of time - that clearly marks how life on earth will flourish and, then, come to its end.

As with the leaf, Gaia-Watts Enterprises Ltd - in being a member of associate companies that have been incorporated since the ealy 1960s - leads the innitiatives in land stewardship. And, it is with this protocol of management that we attempt to garner some brief understanding of what we have done; and, of what we will do with this new knowledge of what we have just done.

Reflection, consideration, introspection, criticism, evaluation, rejection, quandry; and, amusement come to our table of review. It is our mandate to seek out lands which have come to be regarded as being not in compliance with the guidelines of a bureaucracy or managing entity; and, then to devise an acceptable business plan to construct a rehabilitation of those lands to some value.

In conjunction with developing these projects, we incorporate a series of features that are inherited by our Tripartite Trigeneration Group© [1] :The Life On Earth Humanity Gardens [2].

Constructing engineered, private, closed-loop cities; with a core feature of health care is our principal mission; in conjunction with utilizing green energy as a sustainable-renewable facet to provide electric power generation for in situ hydroponic greenhouses; which may provide this host community with being self-sustaining.

The climate change chaos that is evolving in this century will cause great strife amongst mankind; especially in the effort to control resources such as fresh water. Our Humanity Gardens may offer some refuge from these events. And, we do hope that our efforts to demonstrate the opportunity of alternative energy sources will have some positive effect on the travel of the leaf as it departs the branch.
