The TOUCHSTONE Committee [TC75 ] has established a committee to research and publish articles on the matters of definition and interpretation of applicable laws : their mandates and jurisdiction / enforcement in issues arising between the individual and the state.

Matters under consideration in this TC75 Mandate shall be as follows:

1. What is international law ? And, what are its applications and jurisdiction: how is it convened and enforced ?
2. What is military law ? And, what are its applications and jurisdiction: how is it convened and enforced ?
3. How does international law define privateering ?
4. How does international law define colonization ?
5. What Court may declare jurisdiction for the settlement of disputes ? And, who may apply to the court ?
6. What are the roles of law in matters of dispute between the individual and the state ?
7. What is the role of precedence in international law ?
8. What are the Rules Of Order in international law ?
9. Who has original jurisdiction in the institution of international law ?
10. In matters of conflict between military law and public law or private law; which parameter of law has precedence in application and consideration ?
11. In matters of indigenous peoples and the state, which law shall hold original jurisdiction : international / military / church or constitutional ?
