In Re: International Warrior Canoe Races

Dear Mr. Goodwin,

The following as a continuation of our recent meeting on Saturday, February the 4th, 2006 at Surrey Central, BC, Canada.

We are interested to formulate a funding strategy whereby potential and future donours enjoy their sponsorship position in the Warrior Canoe Races via a financial structure in which actual capital committed is irrevocably guaranteed by way of an “A’ S&P rated international financial institution -it allows the donour and sponsorship drive to promote

said capital participation with no real costs for the sponsor, other than the interest the sponsor could have gained having funds in an interest earning term deposit.

We suggest to focus on a ‘global’ sponsorship-drive among the top rated ‘ water sports-product manufacturers’.  Create a global awareness among the leading ‘News’ gathering agencies and sports ‘catering’ global Television Channels.

Minimum ‘Structured Guaranteed’ Sponsorship per Sponsor amount set at a Five (5,000,000) Million Euro each.  Sponsorship term set at two to five years.  It is expected that the five million euro participation provides a 10 to 15 percent yearly return to the ‘Warrior Canoe Fund’ [additional bonus interest as per financial market conditions] on the total gross Euro sponsorship participation.

First Nations Tribes should be motivated to participate themselves with capital in the ‘SG’ Warrior Canoe Race Fund, supporting their own culture and youth movement.

Awaiting your response.

Sincerely,

Remy van Pelt
