This invitation to enter into a Survival Village System {a LifeOnEarth Humanity Garden} [1] is offered for your consideration and response through our TTP(c) initiative.

We are about to increase Canada's population by 20-million. And, we will accomplish this through the development of our closed-loop Survival Village System {SVS}.

And, therefore, we respectfully invite you to review our template for establishing these parochial habitats.

These TTP(c) projects are self-sustaining domiciles which will house 30,000 persons. And, we have determined over the last 45 years where to strategically place these humanity mosaics. We have determined how to secure all energy and water resources. And, the SVS will be leaders in the health care field : both in providing medical services and developing leading intellectual properties in technologies and the holistic skills of healing.

Central to planning this matrix of human services is the management of the currencies : assets and revenues. And, the principal mission is to develop the in-house professional skills to manage these Survival Villages through an ethic which provides host community ownership over a ten year cycle.

The extreme engineering required to craft these Humanity Gardens is available within the global community of applied sciences. And, the focus on biotechnology R&D at each SVS will provide a leading edge in biomass resources : LifeOnEarth.
