It is time for the general population to come to the table with accredited resolutions to that bag of intractable social ills that we are currently dealing with in the global theater.
The private and public sectors of commerce and trade need to form a credible alliance with the sciences of environment and public health. And, further, this collaboration will necessarily cause an new evolution in global economics.
The "Third Shoe" in these human socio-economic equations is the creation of a sincere, productive dialogue between the theological houses of Earth. Without a global resolution between the hierarchical administrations of religion and ethics the aforementioned cannot succeed.
And, finally, the military machines 
will be the glue that will facilitate all of these factors combining their individual empires into a cohesive bonding of human sciences and principles.
The corporate bodies of politics, military and religion can produce a harmony in global relations - if this is their choice.
